Cookie Policy

Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, software-development-kit identifiers, pixels, and other mechanisms that store or read information on a device.

This policy uses “cookies” as a convenient collective term unless a distinction matters. These technologies may be set by MandarinPro School or by a service provider involved in a feature you request.

Necessary technologies operate because they are required to provide, secure, or transmit a service you request. Preferences, analytics, and marketing categories are non-essential and are disabled by default until you make a choice where consent is required.

You may accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or choose categories separately. Rejecting non-essential categories does not block core account, security, booking, payment, or classroom functions, although some convenience or measurement features may be unavailable.

Necessary technologies support authentication and token refresh, session continuity, language routing needed to render a requested page, security and fraud prevention, load balancing, checkout integrity, consent records, and other core operations.

These technologies cannot be disabled through Cookie Settings because the requested service may not function safely without them. You can block them in the browser, but login, payment, classroom access, and saved security state may fail.

Preference technologies remember choices such as language, sound, calendar view, dismissed tours, accessibility settings, and other interface options. They reduce repeated configuration but are not required for the basic service.

If you reject or clear this category, the site may return to defaults and you may need to repeat choices on another browser or device.

Analytics technologies help us understand page use, feature performance, errors, referral paths, and aggregated service trends. We use them only when enabled and permitted, and we seek to limit the data to what is reasonably needed for measurement and improvement.

The set of analytics providers may change. Enabling the category does not mean every possible analytics tool is active; it authorizes tools described by this purpose when deployed under the applicable consent version.

Marketing technologies may measure campaigns, limit repeated advertising, attribute sign-ups, or help present relevant offers. They are used only when the category is enabled and the use is permitted.

This category may remain inactive even when the interface offers the choice. If we introduce materially different behavioral advertising or data sharing, we will update the notice and obtain renewed consent where required.

Payment, classroom, video, calendar, support, or embedded-content providers may set technologies when you use their features. Some act only on our instructions; others may act independently under their own policies.

We do not treat a third-party technology as necessary merely because it is convenient for us. Where an embedded feature cannot operate without a genuinely necessary technology, the technology is limited to that requested feature and purpose.

We store a local decision flag and selected categories so the banner does not reappear on every page. We also use a random anonymous identifier to record a consent choice before login and may associate a later choice with an authenticated account.

If the consent service is temporarily unavailable, the local choice may still control the interface. Clearing browser storage can remove that local record and cause the banner to appear again.

Some technologies last only for a browser session; others persist so they can remember authentication, security, preferences, or consent. Duration depends on purpose, provider configuration, account state, and legal or security requirements.

We review retention and aim not to keep identifiers longer than necessary for their stated purpose. Provider-controlled technologies may use durations described in the provider's own notice.

You can use Cookie Settings at any time to enable or disable non-essential categories. Withdrawing consent applies prospectively and does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful.

A change may require refreshing the page and may take reasonable time to reach service providers. Where technically possible, we stop loading disabled non-essential tools and remove or expire the identifiers we control; a provider or browser may require separate clearing.

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking all storage may sign you out, reset preferences, prevent consent records, or break requested features.

Choices are generally specific to a browser or device unless synchronized to an account. Private browsing, clearing storage, changing profiles, or using another device may require a new choice.

We may update this policy when technologies, providers, purposes, or legal requirements change. If a change materially expands a consent-based purpose, we will request a new choice where required rather than relying silently on an older decision.
